Beach Buddies and LCP&R present this Lunch and Learn event - where we'll explore the benefits of bringing nature indoors for improved mood, reduced stress, and a bright atmosphere. We'll also play bingo (with prizes!) while eating lunch! Please bring your own bag lunch. Snacks & drinks provided
